A Fiji 14-day itinerary is the slow-travel sweet spot — long enough to add a third region or do a serious deep-dive on one chain. Here are the three plans we recommend most for two-week stays.

Plan A: Three-Region Complete (the most-complete first trip)
- Days 1–3: 3 nights Coral Coast (Outrigger Fiji or Warwick) — settle in, day trips to Sigatoka Sand Dunes
- Days 4–8: 5 nights Mamanuca (Castaway, Tokoriki or Likuliku depending on style)
- Days 9–13: 5 nights Yasawa with 7-day Bula Pass — 3 nights Mantaray, 2 nights Blue Lagoon Beach
- Day 14: Flyer back to Denarau, evening international flight
The most-complete first-trip-to-Fiji plan. Covers all three popular regions with enough time at each to feel like a stay, not a stopover.
Plan B: Mamanuca + Yasawa + Taveuni (for divers)
- Days 1–4: 4 nights Mamanuca (Castaway) — warm-up snorkel days
- Days 5–9: 5 nights Yasawa with manta channel snorkel
- Day 10: Fly Nadi to Taveuni
- Days 10–13: 4 nights Garden Island Resort, daily Rainbow Reef dives
- Day 14: Fly back to Nadi, international flight
For divers and second-trip travellers. Adds two domestic Fiji Link flights but unlocks the country’s best dive region.
Plan C: Slow Yasawa Marathon (backpacker)
- Day 1: 1 night Nadi (Bamboo Backpackers)
- Days 2–13: 12 nights Yasawa with 12-day Bula Pass — 3 nights each at Kuata, Mantaray, Naqalia, Blue Lagoon Beach
- Day 14: 1 night Nadi, international flight
Total in-country cost: roughly USD 1,400–1,800 for two adults excluding flights. Our most-recommended slow-travel option.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is 14 days too long in Fiji?
No — 14 nights is the slow-travel sweet spot. Long enough to add a third region or commit to a single chain. Most travellers find 14 nights the most relaxed Fiji trip length.
What’s the best 14-day Fiji itinerary?
Plan A: 3 nights Coral Coast + 5 Mamanuca + 5 Yasawa + 1 fly-out. The most-complete first-trip-to-Fiji combination.
Can I combine Fiji + New Zealand in 14 days?
Yes — but 14 nights total split between two countries is tight. We recommend 16+ nights for a Fiji + NZ combination. Fiji Airways and Air NZ both bundle multi-stop fares.
How much does a 14-day Fiji trip cost?
Mid-range three-region trip: USD 9,000–11,500 for two adults from US west coast. Backpacker slow-Yasawa version: USD 3,400–4,200.
Is 2 weeks enough for Fiji?
Yes — 14 nights is ideal. You can hit all three popular regions (Coral Coast, Mamanuca, Yasawa) or add a Taveuni diving segment. Slower pace than the standard 7-night trip.
