A Fiji 10-day itinerary is where the country opens up — enough time for a two-region combination (Coral Coast + Mamanuca, or Mamanuca + Yasawa) plus arrival/departure buffer. Here are the three plans we recommend most.

Plan A: Mamanuca + Yasawa (the classic 10-day)
- Day 1: Arrive Nadi, 1 night at Denarau buffer hotel
- Days 2–4: 3 nights Mamanuca (Tokoriki or Castaway), short boat transfer
- Day 5: Yasawa Flyer north with a 5-day Bula Pass
- Days 5–9: 5 nights Yasawa — 3 at Mantaray Island Resort (manta channel), 2 at Blue Lagoon Beach Resort
- Day 10: Flyer back to Denarau, evening flight home
Cost for two adults from US west coast: roughly USD 7,500–9,000 all-in. Combines the overwater-bure feel with the manta-channel snorkel and the multi-island flexibility of the Yasawa Flyer.
Plan B: Coral Coast + Mamanuca (family-friendly)
- Day 1: Arrive Nadi, transfer to Coral Coast (1.5 hours)
- Days 2–5: 4 nights Outrigger Fiji or Shangri-La Yanuca, kids club + day trips (Sigatoka River Safari, Sand Dunes)
- Day 6: Drive back to Nadi, boat to Castaway Island Resort
- Days 6–9: 4 nights Castaway, beach + snorkel + Monuriki day trip
- Day 10: Morning boat to Denarau, evening flight
The best plan for families with under-12s wanting both kids-club access and an outer-island experience.
Plan C: Mamanuca + Taveuni (diver-focused)
- Day 1: Arrive Nadi, 1 night Denarau
- Days 2–4: 3 nights Mamanuca (Castaway or Tokoriki), warm-up snorkel days
- Day 5: Fiji Link flight to Taveuni
- Days 5–9: 5 nights Garden Island Resort or Paradise Taveuni, daily Rainbow Reef dives
- Day 10: Fly back to Nadi, evening international flight
For divers wanting two of Fiji’s three best dive regions in 10 days. Adds Fiji Link flight costs but the dive variety is genuinely worth it.
Cost Comparison
Plan A (Mamanuca + Yasawa): USD 7,500–9,000 for two adults from US west coast.
Plan B (family of four, Coral Coast + Mamanuca): USD 8,500–11,000.
Plan C (diver-focused): USD 9,000–11,500 (Fiji Link flights add USD 600–800).

Frequently Asked Questions
Is 10 days enough in Fiji?
Yes — 10 nights opens up two-region combinations. Most popular: Mamanuca + Yasawa with a Bula Pass. Allows you to see both the overwater-bure resort scene and the manta-channel island-hopping in one trip.
What’s the best 10-day Fiji itinerary?
Plan A: 1 buffer + 3 Mamanuca + 5 Yasawa + 1 fly-out. The standard “first-time Fiji” plan that combines short transfers and overwater appeal with the manta channel.
Can I do Mamanuca and Yasawa in 10 days?
Yes — and we recommend it. Take the Yasawa Flyer from Port Denarau north to Mantaray Island Resort, then back south via 1–2 other Yasawa lodges. Use the 5-day Bula Pass for flexibility.
How much does a 10-day Fiji trip cost?
For two adults: USD 7,500–9,000 from US west coast at mid-range. Honeymoon overwater versions push USD 12,000–15,000. From Australia/NZ subtract USD 1,200–1,500 for flight costs.
Is 10 days enough for a Fiji honeymoon?
Yes — 10 nights is the sweet spot for Fiji honeymoons. 3 nights at a mid-luxury warm-up resort + 6 nights at an overwater splurge + 1 buffer night before fly-out.
